Goals and Outcomes
I'm hoping to finish at SLCC as a business major and transfer to the University of Utah to complete my bachelors. While I'm finishing my undergrad work I'm hoping to build a more general knowledge base to draw from and also more extensive studying skills.
About Me
I'm currently pursuing a career at American Express in Project Management. Short term I hope to finish my bachelors while still in my current position and then hopefully will move to a more international role doing similar or more management/strategy work. Outside of work I love food! I enjoy cooking and going out to experience other peoples creations. I enjoy my own family's Japanese regional cuisine the most because of my childhood memories. After that I love food with spice! Indian, Mexican, Thai are all in my top favorites.

When I'm not in the kitchen making a mess, I love to be in the outdoors. I have backpacked through the Uintas and am hoping to make my way through Northern California and the Northwest in the next couple of years. The longest trip I've been on was over 15 miles in four days.
The next thing that takes up the most time in my life is my family. I have two brothers (half and step) and a sister (half). We are a blended family, have some large age gaps, but I'm very close with all of them. My dad also plays into my love of cooking, we spend hours in the kitchen together bickering and laughing. After that I've always been very close to my cousins and they are a part of my everyday laugh whether it's grabbing brunch on a Sunday or a random text throughout the week.
